Active HCAR REALTOR® Members receive 2 Free Mandatory Courses (MREC Agency, Fair Housing, Legislative, or Real Estate Ethics) per fiscal year. Please email staff@hcar.org with your request if you would like to take any of the FREE Mandatory Courses (Active HCAR Members Only.)  Please do not register online as you will be charged for the class.
